What can i say i was a naive and insecure first time buyer who knew very little about computers. I know one thing though that when this computer breaks down (again) i will not be buying my next computer from PC world.

It infuriates me that there are more people on the door greeting people as they enter the shop than there are in the service area answering questions from unhappy customers. I had to wait half a hour before anyone saw me the first time i came in to complain about the fact they had included the wrong speakers in my package! (very cunning didn't have any of right speakers left so included a pair that were worth half the price of the others!).

The quality of the computer that i got could not really be faulted. It was the cheapest deal that i could get to suit me from the main high street dealers. However i would have preferred to have paid that little bit extra and received decent after sales service!

I have read some of the other opinions in the section and they seem to all go along the same line - not one rates the customer service!

I just hope soemone who works for PC World will read the opinions and pass them and then maybe next time i wont have to set aside an afternoon to sort out any problem i have!!!!
