Love the products - Hate the staff (PC World)

About three years ago I bought a computer from PC World. The computer was at an exceptional price for one with its specs. So naturally, I was well pleased. I went around the store and found many other exceptional offers on software and peripherals. Once I'd done all my shopping I went back to take care of the financing part. This was going smoothly until the salesman got to the question about extended coverage. When he asked if I wanted it, I told him "Absolutely not, but thank you anyway". He asked how I could answer before I knew what the price was. He then explained that an addittional three year coverage would only cost me £200. I once again told him I wasn't interested. He asked why not. I explained to him that I work with computers and part of my job is fixing them. I told him the other part of my job was teaching computers and in teaching this I had to teach students how to repair computers. He then asked if he could get the price knocked down to £150 would I be interested. I said no and he once again asked why not. I gave hin the same answer as before and we went through this process until the price for the coverage was down to £50. I then told him that if we went through this same process again he would be giving me the three year extended coverage free of charge. At this point he went to get his manager. The manager looked at the computer screen with my financing details on it and saw that we were stuck at the extended coverage part. He then proceeded to take me through the process that I had jus been through very many times. So I stopped him immediately. I told him I'm a computer specialist that teaches hardware and software and that I'm quite capable of repairing my own computer. I also added that if he or anybody said another word about extended coverage I would take my business elsewhere. Needless to say, I wasn't hassled about it any longer.
