Disadvantages: incomptent engineers, staff who do not care about u at all. , flase promises made readily

The PC extended warrinty is excellent in PRINCIPLE.

But in pratice u would be better off dealing with BAFOONS R US.

They made three attempts to repair my machine in my home. After each call by the engineer, there was something new broken on the machine. The idiot attempted to replace M/b with a lesser spec board and wondered why it would not fire up...!
Then claimed it was CPU, checked cpu after engineer,s visit, yep u guessed it he killed it too, next it was the turn of the PSU, and ram was coming up in his sights next...
Had machine uplifted before he broke any more they have had it 9 days now an no one will return my calls or tell me what is going on......

Would I ever buy extended warrinty from these people.
Might , only just might consider it when HELL freezes over.

Summary:
