What does the name conjure up?
A store where everything revolves around PC hardware and support of PC Hardware.
So why the hell do we end up with endless streams of 16 year olds coming up and saying, "Can I Help You?"?
These kids no sod all about PCs, even I know more than them, and so why should they be sales reps? because anyone with a knowledge of computers has been snapped up by the industry and we are left with a group of teenagers, proberbly those who smoke because its "cool", handling our computer, which I must add are VERY expensive in this store, and expecting us to think we got a good price.

I hate PC World.
