Yes, its another bad review on PC world. When I first thought about getting a computer I tried mail order but that did not turn out too well, so I thought lets try a company like PC world.
What a mistake. As soon as I walked in the store, I could feel the eyes staring and watching me, ready to pounce.
I was wandering up and down the aisles, when from out of nowhere appeared this salesboy. I told him I was fine but he continued to follow me. I gave in, I told him I require a PIII, 550. There and then he started to argue with me!.
saying I should get a celeron. Thankfully a call for him was heard on the P.A system. I eventually chose one and dealt with the salesman trying to force all these extras on to me.

Anyway a week after the due delivery date the pc arrived, I set it up, only to find that my speakers were'nt working and an annoying white stripe going down the centre of my screen. I took the speakers back, they took them out back, only to return and say they were fine!. Got home and yeah, they worked!?. I bought my first DVD film there, but didnt work on my system, so, back we go, only to be told that it does work, and no they wont replace it for a different copy. Since then various other things have happened where i needed to talk on phone to them but you get spoken to so patronizingly its not worth it. So here I am today still with my white line going down the centre of my screen.

I gave them several chances, but hey, they failed all.
