PC World are regarded by some people as being THE place to shop for all your PC needs. Seems logical as they have large product ranges and helpful staff that point out where things are etc. The problems start after you've left the store and your product doesn't work. I've tried to take a couple of items back to PC World and had grief both times. First of all interminable waiting, then denial of existence of fault.
