Ordered an eeepc then realized it was cheaper at Dixons. Cancelled order 30 minutes after making it (by email, unique among online retailers PC World hasn't managed a cancel order button yet). They don't deliver it but can't cancel it and take the money meaning I have to take it to the store for a refund. Crap.

Complete and utter incompetence. Stay away at all cost! First of all, they refused to accept my foreign credit card for my order - then withdrew the money anyway. They held that money up for 5 days! Please do not buy from PC world. If you have a problem with an item like I did and it goes wrong after 28 days PC world will not give you a refund, even though this contavenes the sale of goods act.
