I ordered an ergonomic computer keyboard from your website on 5 May, 2006. The website stated I would receive it within a few days and that is why I chose Redstore company. I needed it urgently.

I waited and waited... it did not arrive. I waited a few days extra and it still did not arrive.

I then wasted my money to repeatedly trying to ring the expensive 0870 number. After being messed around for ages, I eventually got through to a lady. She was rude and finally conceded that the keyboard was not in stock.

In the previous week nobody had bothered to inform me it was not in stock.

To cut a very long story short, the inconvenience this store's ineptness and false information on your site has caused me has been tremendous. I have wasted huge amounts of time and money calling the 0870 number. Most of the time the calls have not been picked up or the messages on your answering machine responded to.

You don't pick up the phone, you don't respond to answering machine messages, you don't deliver products on time, you don't bother contacting customers when items are not in stock, it doesn't say your site when items are out of stock... what kind of company are you?

Avoid like plague.

i think you are a bit confused about dooyoo if you somehow feel this website is reponsible for your order. perhaps you could change the "you" to "they" and this would make a lot more sense.

Hi Michelle, it read like you were blaming dooyoo as you kept referring to "you". If you update, I shall gladly rerate, but you really do need more information about redstore in there to make it useful to me.
