I will not be purchasing anything from this supplier again. I've just left their shop counter 70 quid poorer after they refused to refund on a faulty hard drive - one of a pair purchased a week earlier.

Fortunately for me, the drive started failing and showing errors from the moment it was installed, so I hadn't committed anything important to it yet. I use the machine primarily for work and I need to be able to trust the storage.

I found their staff surly, rude and obnoxious. The quality of a vendor is shown by the way they handle returns and queries. I need to know that when I make a purchase, any problems will be dealt with professionally. I can't trust them to accept a return, so I can't consider them for future purchases.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone - it's one thing to be down by the cost of a new drive but when insult is added to injury by the attitude of the staff, it's much more annoying.
