I have been purchasing from RL supplies ever since they were based in Watford, near the rail station. My positive experiences are all to do with their telephone and personal visit to their place. I have as yet, not placed any order with them over the Internet, hence am not able to comment on this.

They have an excellent website. It might seem basic, but it gives you all the information regarding the product in question and how much it costs. The website could improve by giving a bit more detailed information about the product then just a picture. Not everyone out there knows what they want till they read the product specs.

Till date, I have probably bought over £8000 worth of products and probably made over a 100 visits. Not once have I come across an annoying responce from them. The staff are always very very helpful to answer your questions.

Speaking to the telephone with them, sometimes can be a long wait. But I realised that they are always v.v. busy. Whenever I go to their premises, there is always a customer they are attending to in the most cheerful manner. But when they do answer the phone's, they are most helpful and give you the most updated stock level's. Never once have they caused my trip to be a wasted one.

I recommend you all to try them out, atleast once and see for yourself the brilliance of their whole team.
