I own a PCG-N505SN notebook (as well as a Playstation 2, a old hi-fi that has done 10 years and is still going strong, and a video camera). It breaks. undefined software/hardware problem, continual crashing. sony customer care quite helpful on the phone, and come to collect it same day.
