AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This is the worst mail order company that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with!!

I ordered a product on a Thursday paying their rediculious 8.50 postage fee for somthing that probably cost 2 quid to send. They then took 5 days to check my address against my credit card number manually (every other supplier that I know of does this automatically online within 15 seconds when you confirm the order!)

5 Days after the order they inform me that the (correct) address and (correct) credit card number has failed their check. I tell them not to bother. (this was the following wednesday)

I then ordered from Dabs Direct who delivered the day after I placed the order, and did not fleece me on postage (and I paid £5 less for the same items).

Stack contacted me saying that one of the items that I ordered was a 'special order' (for them) and that it could not be cancelled, they then proceeded to make an unauthorised charge to my credit card, and to ship the item anyway.

I have reported the unauthorised transaction to my credit card company and refused to sign for the item.

This is currently how the situation stands. The item will have been returned to them and they will not refund my money.
