Bought some dvd+rs from this company as a recommendation from a friend.

Not only were the discs incredibly dirty, like they had been at the bottom of a warehouse for about a decade but they also arrived damaged.

I sent an email to their 'help desk' and did not get a reply, even after a week. I sent them another email and eventually received a reply, 'The damage was cased by the courier we use, we will have to contact them about it'.

Well, now almost a month has passed and I am no closer to getting anything sorted, they are not replying to any of my emails. Useless company run by useless idiots.

Even my friend has stopped using them because they shorted him on an order. Wish he told me before I wasted over £20 on them.

All in all a huge thumbs down for the products and services from SVP.

Summary: SVP haven't got a clue...
