Advantages: Appearances can be Deceiving.

Disadvantages: Once they take your money they won't care about you as a customer.

I placed an order for 7 packs of toner for my work place.

When the order arrived there was clearly only 6 toner cartridges.

I sent them an email to query this and they responded with an email telling me that I am wrong because they sent the correct quantity.

I replied and told them there's no way they sent me the correct quanitity as I am looking at 6 but I ordered 7, my email says 7 and they have taken payment for 7!

They replied again telling me that they have photographic evidence that 7 were sent to me, I asked them to forward this

'photographic evidence' to me, and that is when they decided not to reply to any more of my emails.

I'll be contacting my dedit card provider to try and get the money back on the one they decided not to send me. However it doesn't look like I will be able to get money back on my missing toner as debit cards are not always protected against this sort of thing.

A letter has been sent to the OFT.

Summary: Really, Really Poor Retailer.
