I feel the need to write this review, purely because i wouldn't want ANYBODY going through what i had to go through with my attempted purchase of a laptop from these internet jokers. i booked an order with Technoworld few months back, the order was initially booked on the website, but after that I saw another good deal which was less price and same spec I called the sales team and asked if the laptop could be changed the changes were done without any problem and the order still came on right delivery date

Very good service hassle free

Initially the products were out of stock, but I was alerted
by e-mail and later a call when they became in stock. It was
useful to be able to see exactly how many they had in stock.
Ordering was very straight forward and delivery was inside the
time scale quoted.
OVerall level of service has been very good. The price offerd
by Technoworld was only 68 P more than another website, but the courtesy
displayed and offer for assitance made at very stage has
left a great impression of the company and I will definately
be singing their praises all over.

This is the first time I have dealt with Technoword. A friend of mine buys from them on regular basis and when I was looking for a Laptop as a Christmas Present for my son, he asked me to try these guy. I tried to do some search from there website initially it was ok, but after some time it took away the details from me and simply displayed a message asking me to call them on the sales line, which was a bit annoying as I like to do a complete research before I buy something but as I was not allowed to do that had to call the sales line. I was initially happy with the retailer as they appeared secure and efficient, however two key things happened - 1, I had to call to provide 'security' check information and the promised delivery date passed . The security check was strange, I had to send an e-mail address from my work and had to call the company to even find out why there were problems (08708 number) and received no confirmation (another call required) to chase up that I'd cleared security. My order was confirmed and delivery promised.
