i booked an order with Technoworld few months back, the order was initially booked on the website, but after that I saw another good deal which was less price and same spec I called the sales team and asked if the laptop could be changed the changes were done without any problem and the order still came on right delivery date

Very good service hassle free

Initially the products were out of stock, but I was alerted
by e-mail and later a call when they became in stock. It was
useful to be able to see exactly how many they had in stock.
Ordering was very straight forward and delivery was inside the
time scale quoted.
OVerall level of service has been very good. The price offerd
by Technoworld was only 68 P more than another website, but the courtesy
displayed and offer for assitance made at very stage has
left a great impression of the company and I will definately
be singing their praises all over.

Great Store! Ordered a Tosh sat pro A210 at around 4pm and got delivered at 12:30pm the next day (although I did use Next Day Delivery option). Great price as well, and in stock, unlike many high street stores. Would buy from them again, and they send you emails (not that many as other reviewers said, around 4) to keep track of your order.

Don't you even think about buying from them!

I ordered a computer for next day delivery.
A week later discovered that it was lost,so a replacement was dispatched.

Guess what? They charged me for both!
Weeks later I am still fighting for a refund.

Dealing with technoworld for the last 2 years, and i think technoworld is doing gr8 in all fields they just have to maintain there web site now and then, to be frank somtimes its too easy to browse and look out for the item but sometime to locate a simple DVD drive, it takes about 20 minutes to locate. apart from this i never had any C/S problem ...
