I bought a computer of times I ordered it over the phone 3 days later it arrived I thought wow that was quick got it out they had sent me the wrong computer so phoned them up waiting for them to answer the call which took 45 mins told them they had sent me the wrong one so they said they will get some one to pick it up and gave me a date when they would pick it up they picked the computer up on the day they said they would and I was told that the right computer would be with me in a week 3 weeks later still no computer phoned them up was told it will be sent in a week 2 weeks later get the computer put it all together going well 3 months later turn the computer on and all it did was bleep at me phone them up they said it had to go back so once again waited for it to be picked up 2 weeks later get it back the motherboard had gone and they wanted me to pay for the delivery charges because I did not get the extended warranty I told them I was not going to pay for it why should I only had the computer 3 months and the motherboard had gone so they agreed I would not pay .

Just found out a mate of mine has got a computer of times on hp he got the computer the top of the range one as he is a product designer he needs to have a good graphics card in it and at the shop he was told that the one this computer had would be good for what he needed like heck it was so he put a 3d testing cdrom in it to check to see what was going on and its score was low
So he phoned time and told them that the computers graphic card was no good for the job he does it could not handle the software and graphics he does so he would have to return the computer he could not change it for a different one because this was the best one they do so they said OK he could return it for a refund and a delivery date would be set 2 weeks later no phone call so phoned them up they said a letter has been sent out and she told him what the letter said that as the computer is not good enough for what
he needs but has nothing wrong with it he will have to pay 10% of the cost of the computer what a joke why should he have to pay them any thing you dot go into i.e. Argos buy some thing and if its not what u expected have to pay 10% of the cost of it why should you have to pay them he is still trying to sort out when they will pick it up and about the money I will let you no what happens
