Advantages: lots of software, cheap

Disadvantages: slow, bad hardware, difcult to upgrade

about a year back now, i purchased this pc, all was well, it seemd fast, it seemed good value, it only cost £1000 , but soon,, problems emerged, when it came to playing games, which i do to a great extent, the was a big problem, you see, this pc, has no 3d card, it has a inbult grafics chipset, with 8 megs of ram, which, to put it bluntly, is rubbish. this means, when i play games, i have to play at the lowest resolutions, and detail levels, even the, it can still jerk, to cap it off, its not upgradable, as the is no agp slot, you cant fit a new, super fast 3d card, it can only be pci,and, the inbuilt grafics cant bu turned off, so if you do upgrade, you will always get an error message,

so, if its not good at games, how about work,

in this section, it also falls flat on its face, the hard disk is slow, very slow, so loading anything, takes way longer than it should. the software that came with it, was,, useless, i have deleted it all, as its totaly rubbish, apart form the back up systyem, called second chance. the modem is also rubbish, giving very slow connections, and apalling pings in online games.

i havent had to call the phone line, for advice, as im quite an advanced user, but i have heard that it cost a fortune to do so.

my advice is, stay well clear, and build one yourself. much cheaper, and much much faster
