      I purchased a Aries 6000 Ulta Pro Computer system. It broke down and blue screened within two hours of getting it home. In a few days of phoning them I had a phone bill of £46.46 they use premium numbers. so started emailing them, they do not answer. They tried to repair it 3 times in as many weeks, it became unuseable. I asked from day one for my money back and they just refused. watch out for Mr Joshi. The computer cost £1198.98 so to put it mildly I was not happy. As trying to phone or email them was useless I visited there shop in Luton and knowbody in their management would even come into the shop to speak to me. So plan B, BBC Three Counties Radio, they run a consumer program, a phone call to them and a mention on air soon brought a responce from Watford. I could have my money back, great, so a quick trip to Luton to get rid of the thing. The promise was that they would return the money to my credit card within 4 days. 15 days later and its not there yet. I am now going to take them to the small claims court. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST> YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

        They have an excellent range of products, and some very competitive prices. Where they ruin it all is their customer services and in actually trying to get the get the goods to you. I ordered a very reasonably priced hard drive and graphics card, but for some reason their delivery company delivered them to a completely different address from the one I specified. This should have been fairly simple to sort out. But not for them. Over the course of two weeks, I phoned their customer services every day (usually with a half hour wait on hold), often to be promised that someone was looking into it personally, and I would recieve my goods the next. The following day I would phone up to find out that they had pretty much lied to me. My goods hadn't arrived after two weeks of promises, so I cancelled the orders, and not surprisingly, I am still waiting for a refund on my payment - so I have a lot more wasted time and phone bill to look forward to in trying to get it sorted out - I have no hopes that they will actually sort it out themselves. They probably work out fine for the majority of people, but if things go wrong, and god forbid, you have to deal with their customer services, you're in for a lot of headache. My recommendation is to stay away.
