I have now used Watford Electronic to purchase two PCs (barebones) systems and a number of components and have found them to be reasonably fast and very reliabled. The Site its self is good but can be improved. all items are clearly described and most have pictures.

The PC systems themselves are solid, well featured and reliable. Delivery was when expected, 3 weeks for the Systems and 3 days for the components. In fact the second system I ordered was delivered within 2 weeks.

Purchases can be tracked from the moment you raise the order and Watford will email you when they dispatch.

I did have a problem with the first system I purchased, the PSU gave up. After doing the usual diagnostics checks, I phoned Tech support and confirmed my issue. Within 2 days my faulty system was picked up and within a week it was returned in good working order complete with an analysis of the original issue.

I look forward to using them again.
