Kenwood kMix HM794:
... chose this over the Dualit hand mixer when I saw it in the store becasue it felt more robust and quite a bit heavier and now I have it I love the peppercorn black colouring and prefer it to the chrome of the Dualit. Its ideal for me - a weekend baker who likes to impress guests with home baked bread and cakes - and the addition of the 2 dough hooks has certainly made my bread making a lot easier! There are multiple... Read the full review: An easy to use hand mixer by creativepixie |

Kenwood MX270 ... bought this mixer about 18 months ago. It is an absolute delight to use. I was lusting after a Kitchen Aid mixer but just couldn t justify the prices. After a bit of research online I came across the Kenwood MX270. First the important bit - the mixer comes in two colours Cream or Red. I have the cream one and which matches perfectly with several other kitchen items. The mixer unit itself is quite heavy (7.9 kg) and sturdy. But not suitable for storage up high. It comes with a great steel mixing bowl and three attachments. There is a whisk, a dough hook and a beater. Also included is a recipe book which has some good recipes. I ve used several of the pastry recipes fro... Read the full review: Stylish Lifetime Appliance that looks good and produces great results by CeltP |

Kenwood HM220 ... just had to buy a new mixer as the one we were bought for our wedding finally went caput! after 12yrs marriage - not bad!! hope this one lasts as long! I chose this one because of value for money, it s around £15, I bought ours from Asda. I liked it because it looked compact. Really there s not much about food mixer s but being as I do a lot of home baking it s quite important it s easy to use and keep! It stands up on end so it is very easy to store and the beaters clip in using a plastic insert when not in use. The trouble is that you have to take the little plastic bit out everytime you use it and knowing me I will loose it!! so actually I ve abandoned that and kee... Kenwood KM336 ... mixer is by far the best accessory for bakers everywhere. I am a keen cake maker and have been lucky enough to have my eyes opened to the wonder that is the Kenwood Chef. It comes with three mixing attachments: the k-beater, dough hook and balloon whisk. Each of these performs a different job, the k-beater being used for cakes and biscuits, the dough hook for bread and the balloon whisk for creams and meringues. As well as the stainless steel bowl it also comes with a blender attachment which can be removed for easy storage, a specially designed spatula for effective bowl scraping and a Kenwood recipe book. The book is brilliant as it has over 150 recipes and it uses... Read the full review: Kenwood Chef KM336 by kitten_y2k |
