Kenwood mixer, truly reliable!

Advantages: Handmixer from Kenwood, efficient and easy to use
Disadvantages: A bit noisy, I suppose
I was very surprised to find this Kenwood mixer for 25.99 at Argos a good while back, as I had come to think that all products from Kenwood would be very expensive, simply beacuse Kenwood is a very trustworthy, quality brand, and quality equals high cost, doesn`t it? Anyway, I bought this handmixer so that I more easily could indulge in making cake and pancake batters, whipping cream and all of those small jobs in the kitchen that is just too much of a job to do by hand...
This handmixer comes with two different attachments, the standard egg beater and spiral looking device... These both come in handy and I use them a lot, and so far, I haven`t experienced any trouble when washing them in the dishwasher, which let`s face it, is a big plus! The mixer has also three standard settings, slow, medium and fast, and I usely go with the medium setting, as the fast one is a bit too fast for the work I usely do! There`s no denying that the mixer can be a bit noisy at times, but I don`t think that you will ever find a handmixer that won`t make a single sound... This is a 250 w mixer, which translates into it being very powerful, perhaps a bit more powerful than I need, but that`s not an issue. I usually wash the mixer itself with a wet cloth or paper, and the attachments either in boiling hot water or in the dishwasher, washing it by hand is probably the smartest thing to do though I haven`t had any problems when washing it in the dishwasher.
This is a great mixer of very solid and sturdy quality, it`s easy to use and looks modern and stylish! I absolutely give this mixer a full score, no doubt!
Summary: Very good quality handmixer from Kenwood
