Since I accidental dropped my old iPhone 4 on the floor and now it has heavily cracked back, I decided it is finally time to buy a case for it. Firstly I considered to give it for repair as well, but since I use this phone only once a month to testing out new iOS apps, I found it as a waste of money.
Nowadays are literary thousands and thousands of cases for iPhones on the market but how to choose exactly the only one which will suit you the best? After spending some time on Ebay, I came across this Belkin Essential 025. The design of the case appeared to be very simple and elegant in a very classy black color (I think it can be purchased in white as well), so I decided to give it a try. After paying around £12 and waiting for few days I finally received the case in my postbox. The packaging was quite hard to open, but with help of scissors I managed the task pretty quick. It was containing just the case itself - no screen protector (even the seller claimed it to be included). However this was not the products mistake, but the sellers. The case is made from a soft plastic and feels very nice in hand. The phone clicks in the case very easily.
My only concern is - will this case really protect my phone? Probably not. The phone fell me on the floor once again and the case fell apart from the phone. So in the end this is not a case which will save your phone, but at least it will protect the phone from casual scratches.
I am satisfied with the case, however it is not suitable for overly clumsy people.
