The advert for the Apple Ipad shows a young lad carrying his ipad round whilst on the back of a bike carelessly. Given the amount of money these devices retail for no one in the right mind would do such a thing and I am sure I am not the only one who invested in a case when buying my ipad to protect my expensive investment.

When choosing a case first and foremost I stuck with a brand I knew and a brand I was familiar with and that was Belkin. I have used the Belkin range of products on numerous occasions and have always felt they provide high quality goods at affordable prices and thus I sought there ipad cover out online and ended up with this Grip Sleeve.

In all I am again pleased with the product from Belkin. Costing around £14.99 (I paid slightly less online) this device is a black sleeve with fastening zips in which you place you ipad for protection. It is made from a light silicone material which makes it very durable and resistant and being light this does not therefore infringe on the "portability" aspect of the ipad itself.

It's a tough little device and gives me confidence that my ipad is protected inside. Even when in the flat and not transporting the ipad around I keep it in the sleeve as it will protect from things falling on it and dust. There is also no need to worry about the ipad being scratched as you remove it in and out of the sleeve as the inside is made with a soft material that will not do this. The material inside grips the ipad and keeps it secure and it is so tight inside and the whole device is so study and well made that you will have the peace of mind that your expensive little device is safe. There is a hardened panel inside also to give that extra support

Overall from the moment you take this out of the wrapping you will feel the quality of a well made, protective Ipad sleeve and Belkin have come up trumps yet again in providing a well priced, protective product that will ensure your ipad does not come to any unwanted harm!
