This protector is rather unique compared to similar products as its made of what is described in the blurb as a "high quality polyester knit" which is intended to provide better protection to the Ipad particularly in terms of being anti-scratch and anti-scuff. Does it do the job? I have had no issues in the first month of using it and it certainly gives me confidence my ipad is protected. With Apple yet again redefining technological boundaries with its latest innovative Ipad device, I like millions of others across the world where keen to get my hands on one as soon as they were released.
