      A strong player

This case offers an additional hard shell encased in a silicone protective body and a laminate protective screen. This means that if dropped from a low level the shock is absorbed by the silicone body. It is easy to install but some may find it slightly fiddly, but it comes with practice. The product is a perfect fit to the shell enabling an effective solution to drops. Whilst I have never tried spilling liquid on the ipad I can see that limited protection is offered from the laminate screen protection. The laminate screen does slightly affect the synchronisation when touching the screen though over time it is easily adapted to. Do make sure that the side clips are fully pressed down or else the touch screen facility is severely restricted. The case has access points for the camera and side switches, these are not very strong and can easily be pulled off, so do take special care as it would be difficult to put them back on once detached. It can be difficult to plug the latches back into the indentation. All features on the body of the ipad are fully accesible. It is currently the longest lasting ipad case I have had therefore it scores high points on longevity, I have had it six months and there is no damage to the case. In terms of value, the initial outlay does seem a little excessive but consider it as a little piece of mind of protecting an expensive device.
