Advantages: easy to use, lots of features, ipod and phone combined

Disadvantages: poor camera, expensive

The best feature of this phone, is just how easy to use it is. Making a call has never been so much fun. What I found most usefull is how well it connect to your computer. I use a mac and the way it syncs the contacts, Itunes, calender, photos and internet bookmarks is seamless.
I wish it had a better camera, but Id rather have my ipod and my phone in one than a camera and phone in one. Other walkman phones are not the same.
SMS could also be improved, I like the conversation feature where you can read the other SMS's in a converstion more like email. But you cannot forward texts to more than one number unless you choose them from the start and write a new message.
The app store is great fun, there are apps for everything. Somtimes getting them can be a lottery but there are plenty of review websites to find the best ones.
Great phone. but not perfect.
