The samsung SGH-G600 is a stylish easy to use phone that can be used by anyone. With a contract this is perfect! The contract After my previous phone was stolen, I was on the hunt for a stylish phone that I could show off to my mates. I looked at it on pay as you go but it just seemed to be to expensive. After hunting around I came to the conclusion that the best way to get this phone was through a contract. I personally can't afford an expensive contract and after looking on the virgin website, I knew where I would get the phone from. The contract is £12 a month with 150 texts and 150 minutes the contract lasts for 18 months and the phone is free with ... Read the complete review

I used to own this phone before I switched contracts for a Samsung Tocco. And from my experience I have to warn people that this isn't the best of phones. The features are good...that being it comes with internet, mp3, good memory, and of course it's 'renowned' high quality camera. But regardless of the camera I felt the phone was no greater than any other I had used. For a start I didn't like the design, it looked a lot nicer on a picture on the net, but I found my samsung g600 to be slow. It would sometimes have a second delay when I would push a button and I found the circle dial to be annoyingly fiddly. Not only this but the camera itself ... Read the complete review

OK so it doesn't look as sleek and sexy as some of these newer phones but it is really reliable and the battery lasts for 4 to 5 days with moderate use and charges really quickly. The screen has full colour range and can accept photos sent from any other phone. It has a big screen but the phone is still able to fit easily in your pocket without stretching it. Also , although it doesn't have a touch screen I think that decent buttons work so much better - it always registers when you have clicked and you can't really access anything accidently! In addition to this there is a great application called 'my theme' which lets you create themes for your phone yourself - so much ... Read the complete review

Purple Version looks better i.e. more stylish than the black, the buttons are not touch activated but the main buttons are bigger. The menu and contacts buttons are small circles so it can be fiddly trying to ensure you press them properly. This model is not as light as samsungs other models especially the U600, it propably is the model that has the most weight and not so compact in width for people with smaller hands. Although it has a 5.0MB camera the picture quality is much darker and less sharper than the U600's 3.2MB Autofocus Camera. The menu is similar to the U600 but does not look as appealing in any of the colour theme options available. It looks dull. I believe ... Read the complete review
