Sony Ericsson K750i with Contract

Have had my Sony Ericcson k750i for about 6 months, it is on a 12 month contract and so far it has been faultless. I havent had a Sony phone before, but decided based on others opinions to purchase one. Best decision I could have made. I am a capable person with technology and have not been disapointed with the features on this phone. The camera has 2 megapixels which is adequate for a phone and it is easy to use. Particularly useful is the light which comes with it and can act as a flash (but brilliant as a torch!). Plenty of memory for photos, the phone comes with a 64MB memory card free which is useful. I had high hopes for this phone when I recieved it as a gift for my birthday just over a year ago. My partner already had recieved one 3 months previously and was happy with it. The phone was fantastic at first, great picture quality and better games than on any other phone I had previously owned. However around 2 months after I recieved mine the joystick on my partners stopped working. You cannt access most of the phne without it. Around 4 months later my phone stopped charging, it wasnt the battery as it continued to charge in my partners phone. This phone is the best phone that I have ever owned. Previously had Nokias,Samsung and another Sony Ericsson. Very lightweight and easy to carry, takes fantastic photos with an excellent Zoom facility. I find the MP3 player very handy as I only need to carry one product for both a phone, entertainment and a digital camera.
