T-Mobile G1 ... this is a nice change for me, whenever I have been tempted to do a review on a mobile phone I have never had strong feelings on it either way. Having now owned this phone for a considerable amount of time though I am pleased to say that I am still incredibly happy with my choice. I was due an upgrade from T-mobile, and as ever when contacted to be made aware of this I had a look through the web site to see what was on offer, the G1 caught my eye straight away, a lot of people I knew at the time had blackberrys but having seen men with thumbs far to large to make this phone practical I was put off instantly. Sony Ericsson K770i ... got this phone as a replacement for the Skypephone S2, which I had had dire experiences with and was immediately impressed. The phone comes with a memory card and accessories such as a USB cable to connect it to your computer. (I m not sure whether this is the same with every network, but it was on 3). The phone has all of the features that you expect on a phone these days (not infra-red, but that s quite outdated anyway) as well as being 3G compatible, an effect of which is that you can make video calls (though on most networks I expect they re quite expensive). Samsung SGH-E900 ... the touch keys for a little while but now can do it easily! So I would say the phone is a little harder to use than my previous phone which was a Nokia. The speaker is good quality and you can hear the person on the other end very clearly. I would say the sound quality is really good. The reasons I got this phone were because it had Bluetooth, looked stylish, was relatively cheap, worked reasonably well! The Bluetooth is really good and allows you to send and get files from other people. For example I could send a photo to my friend using Bluetooth and it takes about 30 seconds and that is it!
