I bought this phone (Alcantel -E227) 2 months ago & I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it.

(This is the girlie bit!!!- I not being sexist -I'm a girl & into gadgets/computer etc in a big way, but this phone is SO good looking!!)

I saw this on the Carphone Warehouse website & loved the colour- it's even nicer when you get it out of the box -fantastic/very expensive looking, burnish red colour with silver trim - it feels lovely too- like satin and when it rings it has really great lights that flash up and down the centre.

It does what it says on the box - its a great phone that let you make calls and text, Thats all it does-- totally brilliant. I have a really great camera for taking pictures - (A Cannon Zoom- the best camera ever) a hand held cam-corder for holiday movies etc (Can't remember what make but only cost £70 from Argos and my mum can work it- thats always a bonus!)

This little phone has got a fantastically clear screen,it so easy to use and the price!!!!!!.
It cost £14.99- that includes £10 of calls and as it comes with an Orange network sim -you can opt for various call deals. (ie cheap txts/calls/ international etc)

I've had quite a few phones over the years that do just about everything but this is my favorite by far and people comment on it all the time because they have never heard of the company and/or because of the look of the phone.

I know of a least 6 of my family/friends/colleagues who have ordered more than one of these fantastic little honeys for various people(male and female) and if Alcantel bring out other colours I be ordering them big time.!!!!!! Just to match my shoe collection.
