	Alcatel OT-E227 ... bought this phone (Alcantel -E227) 2 months ago & I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it. (This is the girlie bit!!!- I not being sexist -I m a girl & into gadgets/computer etc in a big way, but this phone is SO good looking!!) I saw this on the Carphone Warehouse website & loved the colour- it s even nicer when you get it out of the box -fantastic/very expensive looking, burnish red colour with silver trim - it feels lovely too- like satin and when it rings it has really great lights that flash up and down the centre. 	Alcatel OT-E227 ... and organisers and thermometers (you just wait...), the focus of the phone is growing further from making calls and sending texts. What this phone does is just that. It is simple to do and quick at doing it. Whilst the storage of old texts is in an agonizingly small storage capacity, it feels like you could drop it from a four storey building (note feels like, dont hold me responsible...). And it s cheap. Some may say that you re not getting a brand aswell, like Nokia or Samsung, but Alcatel-Lucent is one of the largest profit creating companies in Europe, and is huge in France. 	Alcatel OT-E227 ... except as ringtones. Battery life is excellent. The battery itself, though, is a major weak point in the OT-E227. It keeps cutting out. Possibly I ve got a Friday battery ... it is really annoying to find your phone s switched itself off every so often - then have to remove the battery, put it back in and reset the clock. That process is easy - it s a slide n click cover - but it looks like Alcatel went one economy too far on the battery/connectors. Hard to rate this phone!
