Hi, I have had my iphone for 3 months now and I would recommend it to everyone, from the young to the old, it is easy to use, and there are free applications to suit anyone from children to OAP's.
I have had no technical problems with it so far, but the apple support team are always on hand and the warranty covers everything but water damage (beware if you work anywhere with water),
There are app's available to buy but with so much on offer for free you dont need to buy anything, and there usually is a 'lite' version of any paid app so you can try for free.

The battery life is brilliant, the style and available accessories are ever expanding and you can back everything up to your PC through itunes then reset your phone if you encounted any minor problems.
And is comes with a built in ipod - brilliant!
The only downside is there is no flash on the camera which is a small let down but otherwise its brilliant and i would highly reccommend to all.
