The iPhone 3GS is the third generation of iPhone from Apple Inc. Makers of...you guessed it, the iMac and the iPod. For a bit of reference I'm a long time O2 customer on contract and equally have owned an iPhone 2G since it's release at the end of 2007 so although I intend on reviewing the product as a new item I will inevitably make some comparisons between the original iPhone and it's newer counterpart. --iPhone-- So, what is the iPhone? Well the iPhone is Apple's concept of what a mobile phone should be. At a basic level the iPhone is a phone, which whilst kind of obvious would be easy to forget in amongst all the other gadgets and gizmos ... Read the complete review

I hated my last phone, an LG Viewty. I have longed admired the iPhone, but it was never advanced enough to offer me what I wanted, which was a better camera than the 2 MP effort it originally came with and at least 32GB of storage. With the new announcement at the start of June, Apple had finally released a phone that, on paper at least, seemed to offer what I wanted. First impressions were good. The phone was a nice size for my hand with a pleasing weight to it that gave a sense of sturdiness. It took about four hours to get my SIM switched across to the new one (I already had an O2 3G SIM, so have no idea why I needed a new one) during which time ... Read the complete review

Forget your Blackberry's and Symbian Nokia's... This is the best PDA/Palm top/Phone on the market. I have had mine now a little over 3 weeks and have had no trouble what so ever despite the "Rough around the edges" reviews. In real terms the phone is second to non, very easy and very useful. The QWERTY keyboard is very responsive and easy to use and the self correcting spelling is very handy. On the whole in my opinion this is the best phone on the market for all. I use it in a van, on site and at home as an internet workplace and personally I've used a Nokia and a Blackberry and found they both crash/lock up a thousand times more than the ... The iPhone 3G S is an amazing piece of palm-sized technology. It has everything you could possibly ask of a mobile phone (except Blue-tooth data exchange), and much more! I was shocked at it's ease of use considering its a smart phone! However, although it does have a few new features from its predecessor, the iPhone 3G, but it didn't seem as much of a technological breakthrough considering the transition of the original iPhone to the iPhone 3G, which is one of the reasons I gave it 4, and not 5 stars. First of all, there is the biggest thing about the iPhone 3G S, is the addition if the S to the title. It stands for speed, and they're not lying. I compared my ... Read the complete review

I spent ages recently deciding what new mobile phone to get. I wanted touch screen but also wanted the best in terms of gadgets and things that the phone could do other than be a phone. I looked at the N97 which looked to be fantastic against the reviews and also the TG1 from Toshiba. Now i could go into all the specifications of the iphone compared to the rest, but when i was looking that ment nothing to me. I needed to know if the phone was fast, and what could it do other than being a phone and also was it the best in terms of value. To start with the iphone has the second biggest screen behind the Toshiba TG1. The iphone interface is what you make it. ... Read the complete review
