I got my iphone on contract for 18 months. In the first week of having it, it blacked out and froze... couldnt be reset etc. Returned to shop and had it replaced... on the day that the second handset's 28 day guarantee ran out (lucky for me) the phone behaved the same way and needed to be changed. Now im on my third and hopefully final handset before the contract is up. I find it very sensitive and temperamental. Yes its great for gaming, but then again so is the itouch. I found I couldnt trust the product and had to buy a seperate insurance to cover any other mishaps that may occur in the future. I wont be getting another iphone for a long time, and am definately looking forward to moving away from the apple brand and back to the trusty sony ecrisson phones.
