Advantages: Sound and video quality, excellent sized screen

Disadvantages: Would love to able to use my hotmail account and lotus notes directly

I owned my Apple iphone since last July. I took out an 02 contract for £35 per month which included 10 hrs telephone time and unlimited use of the internet. The telephone and itunes side was really easy to set up, however, we had quite some difficulty setting up and using successfully the internet connection. Things I like about this are (a). the touch screen and its possibility to zoom in and zoom out by sliding your finger tips over the screen (b). the capacity to store music and the quality of sound (c). size of the screen, enabling you to really surf the internet, check your e-mail, keep up with your facebook friends, watch short videos etc. Things I would like to change or see developed (a). the possibility to use the phone with other telephone networks, 02 has poor coverage in certain areas (b). hotmail can only be accessed via a previous internet connection (c). the i phone is not compatible with Lotus notes e-mailing/agenda system, had this been the case I would have been keen to use this phone for professional purposes.

Summary: Really versatile, wouldn't be without it
