Advantages: More applications than there are minutes of the year.

Disadvantages: The rather high price.

This phone quite honestly completes my life. Simple as. The adverts you see on the TV are quite realistic and honest in the simplicity and genius of the product. words cannot quite describe just how happy I could be having bought it. If you need it, there is almost certainly an application to put on it. and all very reasonably priced ones at that. I have a just about everything from a guitar tuner, to today's headlines direct to my hand on demand for free. The amount of free apps is quite overwhelming and the speed and simplicity of adding it to your iPhone is brilliant. unfortunately you are somewhat restricted if you have no 3G and positively stuffed if you have no signal whatsoever but in all honesty, it rarely occurs that you have no signal as O2 have worked hard to keep it well covered. 3G I find a little more elusive however. but still worth every penny even if it is a little pricey. Though I strongly recommend the £35 contract rather than the £30 contract as it's not worth even giving the time of day when compared to the £35 one. Have a look... you won't be disappointed. Still need convincing? ask someone who's got one.

Summary: Delightful. That's it. Just... Delightful.

lol fortunately i don't. i hate O2, and it is expensive i know but the £35 contract offers you 600 minutes and 500 texts whilst for £30 you only get 75 texts and about 70 minutes, which in my opinion just isn't worth it because you find yourself going over easily and being charged £35 anyway.
