Advantages: Extremely easy to use, very well integrated

I've had my iPhone since September, and still love it. It's extremely easy to use, intuitive, and built extremely well. The sound quality is excellent, both on calls and when listening to music. The latest software update (3.0) makes the phone everything it should have been at the start, with useful features like MMS (which is integrated very well), copy/paste and undo and stereo bluetooth. The sheer number of different applications available for the phone also make it a very useful piece of kit - there's probably an app available for every need! It is also an excellent gaming platform - be it pick up and play mini games or the latest in 3D graphics. On the downside, the amount of 'calls failed' and dropped calls are very annoying, as is the occasional crashing of the operating system. Although these can all be solved by turning the phone off and on again, it's a hassle you shouldn't have to go through!

Summary: An excellent smartphone, if not still with a few flaws.
