You cannot buy ringtones from the internet, or most tv/magazine ads, because this phone isn't compatible. On internet sites the brand Bird isn't even an option to choose from. It has awful message space, i can only hold up to 20 messages in my inbox before it's full. When i first got this phone, i loved it, until i realised what it couldn't do, and it started 'freezing'. It's an overall waste of money....more

This phone was supposed to be small, light, an compact. No-one mentioned it would turn off 3-4 times a day, the camera produced shocking pictures, and it didnt have many basic functions you expect from a phone. The turning off is irritating, especially in the middle of a call, but while your phone is in this 'frozen' state, you can't receive calls, messages, or check the time, your phone completely shuts down, while it's still on. This phone was touted as being a great phone, so I purchased one. It doesn't hold its charge well, only gives about 40 minutes talk time, and shuts off in the middle of a call. NONE of these things bothered me too much, but when it turned itself off and would not switch back on, then I got a little snippy. I returned it to where I purchased it from, by which time the store staff denied having ever seen, let alone sold such a product (thank goodness for a receipt), and sent it away for repair. Six weeks later I got my phone back, but guess what? It won't switch on. I am back to having a useless piece of equipment, that apparently cannot be repaired. I wanted a refund, but ...
