Advantages: Good Value, Decent Functions
Disadvantages: Reliability and build quality
Forgetting my review's title, using the 9360 only occasionally, not travelling abroad to any climate above 35C or below 0C and you'll have no problems at all, well probably. In terms of the functions of the 9360 for a basic Blackberry you cannot go wrong, fast and responsive internet browing, email and sms. The camera and media player also function well for the money around £150.00 new. After having my first 9360 a respectable 6months the problems began, whilst on a trip away (Austria/Germany) well out of Vodafone's comfort zone for providing customer service, the problems began it was around 35/40C (This August in Oberaudolf, Southern Germany/ Austrian border.) The track pad failed initially, after leaving the phone turned off for a number of hours and placed somewhere cooler it would not turn back on. On my arrival back to the UK it was replaced by Vodafone with a factory refurb, I assumed this meant the problems would be over, just less than a month ago the charging/sync port on the side of the phone through normal use, decided to lift and became de-tached leaving me to make an insurance claim as this is not regarded as wear and tear by RIM the creator's of Blackberry. I would therefore recommend the device for the money, but on the basis of a relaible phone for constant use, please look elsewhere, Blackberry seem to have lost the plot.
Summary: Great phone for occasional use and if looked after, but not for a reliable constantly used device.
