Advantages: Everything is on this phone even the help you may need when having problems with it
Disadvantages: I did find the touch screen navigation froze sometimes
I have been using various blackberries for the last 5 years I became addicted to them after my very first one all hose years ago and have not looked back. My contract came up for renewal and I decided I was going to stay with the blackberry and chose the blackberry 9360 to be my latest phone.
This phone has the full keyboard layout that all blackberrys have with the space bar at the bottom. The is also a call and hang up button along with a return button and home screen button. The final button is the touch sensitive navigation button. This works the same way as a touch screen. This model does have a stylish design.
I found this phone very use friendly (but then I am a girl and have smaller fingers than men) the layout of the phone and all of its features are very simple to pick up and the use set up guide which helps you to set up the phone and all it's features can be done without the instruction manual.
You also ave the blackberry app world where you can buy or download free apps such as social networking sites, games and banking apps, there are many more but these are the only ones I bothered with.
The only problem I had with this phone was the centre navigation button which did tend to freeze but my insurance covered this so my phone got replaced. I have Also noticed my blackberry is not running as quickly as it used to.
I would recommend this phone especially to people who have friends with blackberrys as the bbm is a great feature to stay in contact with your friends at no cost.the camera is of great quality and very easy to use and well as the option to switch to cam corder.
I have had many different blackberrys over the years and after my first one never went back to a different phone. You can also personalise your blackberry to what ever extent you like with the options of setting up your emails and social networking sites to go straight through to your phone. These options are also extremely easy to set up. I can't imagine anyone not getting on with this phone. And any problems you do come across there is plenty on help right there on your phone to overcome them.
When you turn the phone on for the first time up pops the set up wizard which helps you set up all the features on your phone including date time language and mail as well as showing you he all the buttons work.
Summary: Overall this is a very reliable phone and once you have had a blackberry it becomes a way of life
