Blackberry Curve 8520

I personally really like the design approach Research in Motion has taken with the BlackBerry Curve 8520's form factor. On the front, they've extended the LCD protector / covering / shiny stuff (don't know what the actual term for it is but I'm sure you know what I mean) both up towards the top of the device and down over the buttons and right to the keyboard. Subbing out the trackball for optical trackpad, this combined gives the 8520 a more modern and sleek look. The Blackberry Curve is a stylish phone with many useful elements, internet access is good for a mobile phone because its quick and the screen is big enough to view internet content. The curve takes good quality photographs and i have lots stored on my blackberry. The best quality is that you can snap a photo and upload it to facebook at the click of a button. Facebook on the Blackberry is a good downloadable accessory and means you can be networking sociablly while on the move. After many poor phones bought in the past, I decided to take out a 24 month contract in order to have a blackberry. The only one available was the 8520 curve but I had previously used the Bold and I must say I was very impressed. The complexity made the initial "getting to know" period really fun and having facebook and internet right there as well as email updates so convenient! I have know had the phone for just over a month and I am still very impressed. The only real downside would be the fact the camara doesnt have a flash on it although in the day time the quality is alot better than the 2 megapixel camara suggests.
