Good until "upgraded" (Blackberry Storm)

Advantages: Easy to use, good alternative to iPhone, does everything you need it to

Disadvantages: Bad keylock feature - calls people randomly

A friend recommended this phone to me, as she thought it was wonderful and I was in need of an upgrade.

My first impressions of this phone were great. I loved the fact that you have to make the screen "click" to use features, much better than the lighter touch iPhone my partner had. I thought this would stop it from calling people randomly from my bag.

And it worked. Until the phone was sent its upgrade. The new upgrade has meant that all the old features have disappeared. The phone no unlocks itself by the touch of any button, and has managed to call most of the people in my phone book at random over the past few days. Not impressed at all. And despite searching on forums far and wide, I cannot find a way to reverse this new and unwanted feature.

The sound quality, is ok. I think it's a little quiet, but I'm young and have good hearing so it doesn't bother me too much.

In terms of ease of use, I think the phone book, messaging etc is all very easy to use. The only thing i will say about htese features, is those with slightly fatter fingers may find the keyboard hard to get used to and frustrating at times!

Summary: Good phone, with everything you need, just a few dodgy features
