Advantages: great value for money, good features

Disadvantages: a little bulky, aerial too big

First of all, let's not pretend anything here. This is by no means the best phone on the market. But it is far from the worst. As far as value goes, it's probably one of the best.

A little on the chunky side, with an aerial that is a bit longer than preference, this phone has a host of features that you can't find anywhere else for £30. Ringtone Composer, removable fascias, alarm, fax and data support... the list goes on.

As I've said already, it's nowhere near the best of phones - no internet access, no games etc, but how much do you have to pay to get those? £60? £80? £100+?

If you want a mobile phone, and don't want to spend too much, get an Ericsson A1018s on pay as you go - Orange or BT Cellnet are my recommended network providers. And as I said, for £30 (possibly £40) you've got nothing to lose.
