Advantages: Speed of the internet and screen quality

Disadvantages: Size

I've had the R380s for 2 weeks now and it is really great. I used most of the latest phones on the market and especially the wap. What makes the R380 stand out is the speed of the internet and the quality of the screen , which is unbelievably clear, with crisp graphics. The email application is really useful and I actually dial into my normal ISP freeserve and really feel that the internet has now become mobile at least to the extent of usability. The phone comes with an infrared which connects absolutely without any fuss and complication at all with my palm should I need to see normal web pages and for more email functionality. The organiser is very useful and full of features. The phone comes complete with data suite for pc connectivity via serial and also included is a really clear and crisp high quality hands free kit. Ericsson have left the competition far behind. With the introduction of bluetooth which I believe will be in Nov/Dec 2000, and which is compatible with the R380s will surely take us into the next generation. Ericsson has won over a die hard Nokia user with this great product.

Unfortunately for all of us, bluetooth technology has still not been "released" and the latest rports suggest that it has more problems than its creators would like to admit.

This is so obviously written by a member of Ericsson's advertising team that it is laughable. This type of blatant abuse should be filtered out by Dooyoo if it is to have any credibility at all.
