The Ericsson SH888 is a brick. It is heavy, very strongly constructed, and is a brilliant marriage between sturdiness and hardness-to-use.
Therefore if you want a phone that you think you are likely to drop on a concrete floor often and not want it to break, then it is perfect. But if you want a phone that is going to impress your colleagues/friends/yourself, then this phone will not do that.

NOTE: One of my directors had to throw his REALLY hard 4 times against a brick wall before it would break.

ANOTHER NOTE: I'm getting a Nokia "Keanu Reeves Matrix" WAP phone tomorrow. And frankly, I can't wait.
