UPDATE!!! UPDATE!!!
Before buying this phone, I remember seeing Watchdog, where they were looking at common problems that Ericsson users had experienced. These included the handset switching itself off at random, and a problem with the microphone where you can hear whoever is calling you, but they can't hear you. The program featured a number of people who had been replacing their handset on a regular basis because of one or both of these problems.
You can imagine my reaction when I discovered that people who called me couldn't hear a word i was saying.
Yes, this is a very good and useful phone. However, I wouldn't reccomend buying it unless you are absolutely positive you can get a replacement easily.

I chose a T20s because I wanted a phone that was easy to use, had everything I could ever want on it, was small enough to fit in my jeans pocket and wasn't a Nokia.

Not that I have anything against Nokias, but every other phone you see is one, and I like to be different ;)

When purchasing this phone I felt as if I was making an informed desicion. I bought it online, and had only briefly seen it in the shops, but due to the excellent official Ericsson website I was able to find out as much about the phone as I could possibly wish for. They even have a little section where you can 'try out' the phone. If you're thinking of getting this phone, I'd definately reccomend having a look.

The first impressions were good. It looked good, and it was easy to work out how to use it.

And yes, it does have everything I could ever want. Well... everything that Nokia could ever offer me. The games are brilliant. There are four of them, and all are equally entertaining. What wonderful ways they provide us of wearing down batteries :)

Equally as good is the ringtone composer. I currently have the Monty Python Lumberjack Song. I fou
nd a site with loads of ringtones which you can easily copy into the phone's composer.

It also has a small shortcut menu, which you can change so it contains your five most used things, so you don't have to search for them.

I've not had this phone long, so this is only my initial opinion. I plan to update when I've used the phone for longer, so keep checking back!

UPDATE
2 things...
Firstly, my battery is going very well, dispite my excessive game playing
And secondly, I *really* am addicted to tetris...

UPDATE #2
The battery lasts for ages... many days... I've not counted, but it definately seems like a long time.
It's also seeming to be very robust - I've dropped it a number of times and been to 3 gigs with it in my pocket, and its still working... at the moment anyway ;)

I have this phone also and I will be doing a review soon. I bought this mainly because I was interested in the T28, but because not everybody's got one and these look better, I thought I'd make a stand. The battery will last about 4 days on standby, by the way ;)
