I recently upgraded my phone to a T28 world and think it is great - I have never had any problems with the voice recognition and it has excellent function throughout the phone, the slimline battery has ample standy and talk time for such a small piece, there are also excellent accessaries for this telephone, my opinion and rating would be 4 out of 5.

Also I think this is the smallest Tri-band phone on the market. This phone is the best ericsson on the market to date.
