Advantages: nice little touches
Disadvantages: very light, txt can be hard to read.
I had a T18 and at the time wanted a T28. When I got the T28, after a few days the impulse had worn off and I was thinking to myself that being small and lightweight really doesn't have any advantages. I am walking around alot and put the phone in my jacket but every 10 mins I am constantly checking to see if its still there as it so light that you can't feel it. Storing is easy just they make it so lightweight and thin. Inside the phone I find that the vibrate feature is pretty small and doesn't rock the world. You have to keep your hand on it..you won't notice it in your back pocket. Reading txt messages has been easier when you send one it gets sorted in the 'sent box' and if it doesn't then it goes in the 'unsent box'. But reading them can be a pain because it takes a while to scroll through one. I think the most useful part is that it will tell you exactly how many minutes you have left of talking time before your battery runs down. Battery time..its hard to say really as it depends how much you use it but currently even though the battery is twice as thin as the T18 battery, it seems to last longer, it also doesn't get as hot as the T18 did. I would of thought playing Tetris on it would use alot but it didn't which is good when your on the train. I don't like the alarm..unlike the T18..when it went off then it would just beep..but now it beeps twice then rings which although wakes you up, it also wakes the rest of the house. Overall not a bad phone but they could of improved on a few features. VERY fragile..you have been warned! :) Alex
