HTC Hero

HTC's latest Android powered phone and a big improvement on previous Android-HTC hybrids. Build Quality and Appearance: On arrival the packaging was nice and not overly package which is nice to see in a time when companies should be doing their part to be more green. On opening the phone was instantly accessible and getting to the other parts in the box wasnt too difficult. This is one of many HTC phones I have owned over the years. The HTC Hero is the best by far though. I had read a lot about the latest Android phone operating system which was instigated by the mighty Google. The HTC Hero was seemingly the best of the bunch so far of this new operating sytem. I did a lot of shopping around and eventually purchased an unlocked version online which promptly arrived the next day. Having had a good month with the phone, it is easy to see why this is being dubbed "an iPhone killer." First, the UI - HTC Sense. It is possibly the most glorious phone UI I've ever been able to use. Everything is very easy to find and easy to work through it, be it music, mail, sms or camera. The music player is fantastically implemented, its a shame less time was taken with the camera, but this is the only negative I have found with the phone. THE HTC HERO IS ALTOGETHER A VERY IMPRESSIVE MOBILE PHONE.
